So i would go against Tb HDD's. Instead have two 500Gb HDD, because it will cost less and be more efficient. Ensure that you choose the 'Custom' /'Advanced' setting in wizzard. However, if you have installed apps then you can move the program folder to a different drive and put a link at the original location.
