Dr Hanibal eat your heart out (pun intended)
The universe as we currently understand it is made up of a finite number of atomic elements that mixed together in various ways make up all the wonderful things in it. We as humans are no exception made up largely of carbon atoms.
Now when you are dead and gone, those billions of atoms don't disappear they're still around, all of them slowly getting dispersed... little wormy has a munch on your rotting carcous, surfaces, only to be eaten by a migratory bird, bird migrates ... well you can imagine.
They say you eat a bag of dirt before you die, how true that could be!
