In December of 2005 I was given an opportunity to work for the first time in the technology industry. My only major corporate experience was with a manufacturer in Pennsylvania, Streamlight Incorporated.
I started as a temporary worker gathering intellegence on companies within given verticles for Microsoft and their Gold partners. Making 12.00/hr was hardly what I imagined for myself, but I allowed myself to learn everything I could about companies in order to keep my production up. Three months later I find myself being offered a permenant position as an Account Executive and launched my career in the software and hardware industry. I was given a base salary of
31k with bonuses to be paid on a quarterly basis providing you met or surpassed your quota. When I was finally given my first campaign I destroyed it. I was able to work with my first MS Gold Partner directly, in order to generate qualified presale leads for the purpose of a free assessment on Microsoft Dynamics AX, and a possible sale. 18 leads in two weeks allowed me to acheive a third of my quarterly quota in the first month of the quarter, and since I was potentially dipping into the companies margins, through bonuses, my campaign was shut down early, and the company lied to the partner and explained to them that I was still making calls on the campaign when I surely was not. This was the first major issue around company ethics that showed itself to me.

I stayed with the company until March of 2007 upon which time I left the company as one of the best Account executives they have had. I have been awakened to the true meaning of truthfullness with business. I could not stay working for such a company any longer. Since then I have been speaking with MS Partners as well as competitors of Microsoft about positions within their organizations. I hope to find a Gold Partner to work for, and then go for all of my Certifications. I have begun making my next step, and hope to find a partner that would realize what I bring to the table and will allow me to grow in a healthy manner. If that is your company give me a call at 215-927-2132

Thank you for your time.
