In a situation that took a lot of my time and never paid off, but yet I have been willing to never quit this business because this is my main thing I want to do.
Over the last week or so I have been intensively planning for the business to open up in Spring 2005 or maybe even have enough of the business going for some summer sales.
In the profitable world today of young entrepreneurship online, a lot of the teens have set out to prove that we can actually develop more skills and be like adults too. Even though we don't have much help because of the "Limited 18" that we can still do things.
But yet, in some teens, a majority, highly most 3/10 teens can successfully develop their business to be their life career.
So let me be the first to say that I am not going to be a failure and I will develop, as Danny says, Leadership skills, keep track of sales and marketing and also be financially supported with an extreme business that I want to take over the top.
In the time I have been planning, many things have been developed out to build a common e-commerce software into a high-powered and stable machine.
First off, to cover the basics of the main parts of the business comes the shipping methods and as well as the payment methods.
In my report that I have planned out, the valid shipping methods are generally covered by the 3 main shipping companies & an extra addition:
--------------------------------------------------------
¤ FedEx
¤ UPS
¤ USPS
¤ Free Shipping w/ Over $200 (USPS Method used for free shipping)
--------------------------------------------------------
I have planned and written out at the same time a detailed idea on what payment methods to use. I have decided to have 4 different payment methods, which will allow more access and get more sales at the same time too. Below is them payment methods:
--------------------------------------------------------
¤ PayPal
¤ Western Union
¤ Merchant Account (To be integrated Summer 2005)
¤ Check/Money Order
--------------------------------------------------------
Now, for the main additions, these are going to develop the core of the osCommerce program I am running and this is for the general customers only right now and more may be added later at the same time:
--------------------------------------------------------
¤ PayPal Logo in Footer
¤ Help Center Live -- Customer Chat
¤ Add a Printable Catalog
¤ AutoLogin Secure
¤ Extra Address Line
¤ FedEx, UPS and USPS Package Tracking (HTML Version)
¤ Mo Pics
¤ No Stock, No Checkout
¤ Credit Class, Gift Voucher
¤ Contact Us -- More Info on the Page
¤ Order IP Recorder 1.0
¤ RMA Returns System
¤ SSL Certificate Display
¤ Advertisement Addon (Requires Blank Page)
¤ Pre-Order Box
¤ SSL Protected 1.0
¤ We Accept PayPal Box
¤ Who's Online
¤ Shipping Insurance 1.0
¤ Add Date and Order Number to Invoice/Package Slip
¤ Ask a Product Question
¤ Attributes Search
¤ Email Subject with Order Number and Status
¤ Free Call for Price
¤ Site Map 1.2
¤ Wishlist 2.0
¤ Enahnced New Products Module
¤ Report Broken Link 1.0
¤ Disable Right Click
¤ Star Product 1.0
--------------------------------------------------------
Lastly, here is the what will be added on to the administrators (my) section that will allow better features for the members too:
--------------------------------------------------------
Add Image on Invoice
Conditions, Privacy and Shipping with MySQL 1.0
Customer Testimonials 1.0
Product Attributes Sort 1.0
SaleMaker
Throw 'Em Out -- IP Banning System
Sold Out
Monthly Sales and Tax Report
Low Stock Report
MS2 WYSIWYG Editor
Who's Online Enhancement
Dynamic META Tags
--------------------------------------------------------
I just thought I'd develop out some of my idea's on what to add to the osCommerce that will make it a fueled power machine.
Anyway, I have already sorted out which clothing, shoes, accessories and such to sell and my hosting plans and such. Hopefully, once again with all the support, eveything will be up and running sooner or later. Thanks again and get ready, because Street Game is coming in a few months.
