I realized something that I did not add to my last blog entry about the Street Game site. I am actually looking for some staff members, ONLY 2 THOUGH, to assist me in the chat's. I am still trying to decide because personally I cannot trust nobody but me and myself and I know how people are for money.
I plan to pay benefits for being on the chat systems:
$5 Per Successful Solution to Chat's
(Must get a rating of 5 or higher for a successful solution)
$2 Per Successful Solution to TT's
Monthly Payments via PayPal, Check or M.O.
Should I hire some people or should I do this on my own? If I do it, I may just end up getting some people from around where I live in this community and get them to do it or I may role solo.
I need help :eek: What should I do?
