I need to make a small correction to yesterday's post.
Near the end of paragraph nine, I said:

"With RAD tools, I look forward to much the same happening with application development, the tools making it easy enough so that only the very most difficult programming tasks can be handled by someone with substantial, but not superior, technical knowledge."

What I meant to say was not that ONLY the most difficult programming tasks could be handled by someone with substantial, but not superior knowledge, but that ALL EXCEPT the most diffcult tasks could be handled by relatively inexperienced persons.
Sorry if the statement seemed contradictory or made little sense.

You should see an 'edit' button to edit your own blog entries. Don't you? Does it work. Tweaked the code a bit yesterday and the day before to make it more efficient and squash bugs. Hope I didn't create any in the process. That seems to be the norm around here. Whoever said if it ain't broke don't fix it doesn't know what they're talking about :-P
