SURREY, BC (6/30/2005) - MonsterHosting.ca, a Canadian web hosting and e-commerce solutions provider, announced this week that it is now offering Canadian merchant accounts, a move designed to continue its mission to meet the needs of small to medium sized businesses.
The new service, which features built in fraud detection and free tech support, is provided by a partnership with merchant account provider PSIGate.
“By 2010 world wide online sales will reach $331 billion, and we are enabling our customers to play a role in it, said MonsterHosting.ca (http://www.monsterhosting.ca) CEO Lisa Jones.
Merchant account holders will have the ability to take orders online, as well as take manual phone or fax orders.
“The merchant accounts integrate very smoothly with our free shopping cart software we provide with our Unix hosting packages, said Jones.
In addition to other features, the merchant accounts come in three different packages, all providing API access, real time reporting, and the ability to accept MasterCard and Visa.
“Our new products allow our clients to truly take their businesses to the next level, said Jones.
Payments will be made to merchants twice monthly via a wire transfer to their bank account, ensuring merchants are paid in a secure manner.
