Itunes has a hidden clause which Happygeek revealed in one of his latest blogs that Itunes can not be used for mass destruction and that he did not see why itunes put that disclaimer in the EULA. I know it sounds stupid an IPOD of mass destruction but with the technology that companies such aspzizz.com is coming out with almost anything is possible! Pzizz is a good program for most people although I was the first to have a paradoxical effect to it keeping me awake instead of making me go to sleep. As you can see Itunes had a reason to put that clause in to cover their butts but as happygeek pointed out since when do terrorists care about EULAS?
