Okay I have noticed over the last few months that when I get a customer representative from a company such as Microsoft, or Devry the employees have American names while you are talking to them so you think that you are talking to a person in the US Well that isn't true! I stumbled upon this because the companies are not so smart if the person emails you they use there real name or their email address is a non american name. Now I have no problem with outsourcing to other countries as long as it is done ethically and that the people are getting paid a good amount of money for their country but what I do have a problem with is these companies giving them false names E.G Devry I talked to a guy named Lee and I asked him how they are better then CSU and his response was " I have never heard of those fools." Then he emailed me since of course I was no longer interested after being treated like that and that was his middle name I can not pronounce his full name. Now Microsoft is another story I was chatting with the only helpful Microsoft Customer Support Representative probably in all of Microsoft and he had a english name and I was so thrilled that I got polite help from Microsoft I asked for his bosses email and it was of course not an american name. I do not care about ethnicity, race, where someone lives as long as they are nice and helpful thats what counts but these companies seem to think that they have to change their employees names to an american name which I think is bogus and wrong!
