Apple's IPhone Ads have been banned in the UK. Apple's ad "You never know which part of the internet you'll need. The do you need sun cream part? The what's the quickest way to the airport part? The what about an ocean view room part? Or the can you really afford this part? Which is why all the parts of the internet are on the iPhone"

This ad is very misleading and incorrect. The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) had 2 complaints filed on Apple's ad because it leads you to believe that the IPhone works with Flash and Java.

Apple responded to the complaint by stating that the IPhone uses Internet Standards, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX. Apple also pointed out that Flash and Java are not open source and requires a third party plug-in. Apple decided not to enable the third party plug-ins for Flash and Java on the IPhone.

The ASA banned the Ad from the UK for misleading Advertising.

my source is The ASA's Official statement.
