Ted Stevens the senator from Alaska tries to rally his cause of net neutrality (him being the main supporter of the telecommunications industry), and basically he can't even explain how it works or how the internet is set up and makes a fool of himself trying. He is tries to explain the netflix service for awhile and then how netflix is going to just use the internet to distribute content somewhat.
