Research paper

Hello I am a student at CCAC pittsburgh,PA I have to do a learning-based problem research paper. I was going to do it on RAM and computers running slow. I need some information if anyone has any comments on this please feel free to help me out. Oh yeah i forgot to mention that I don't really know to much about computers.:)
