Hello,

I have been an amateur computer guy ever since I had a troubleshooting job for plugin/ActiveX controls. I am interested in learning about basic hardware and software troubleshooting and I am praticing on all of my friend's computers.

I hope this web site will give me some answers when I am stumped, and maybe I can provide some answers too.
