A hello and the first question!!

Hi how are you all? Good I hope.
Right, I'm gonna dive straight in with my first ponder!
I have OIN spyware on my PC and I can't get rid.... Can someone suggest what I can do. I have run the usual adware plus S&D scans but they don't help.
This maybe on the wrong thread. If so could someone direct me to the right one.
