Looking at our site demographics, we have a pretty good Indian population, actually. The majority of our visitors are from the US, second most popular country is the UK, then Canada, then India, and then Australia.

Speaking of curries, let me tell you that Curry has recently been nation's favourite food, taking over traditional British "Fish & Chips" ;)
It's not just curry, however, Indians are well known for Bollywood, as well ;)
Have got quite a few Indian friends myself, so know a lot about it, from that part of the world. Sadly my usual dismal bank a/c has never allowed me to visit the country, but then again, winning a Jackpot should satisfy my travel whim ;)
Namaste (as Indians would say) ;)

I'm an Indian living just south of London myself. I love going to India - most of my family lives there - but hell, England is home. Ya can't beat it.
South of London rather posh, I reckon, as opposed to Ghettos of Eastern London, isn't it ???
If you can't beat it, you join it, as THEY say ;)
