I am a CIS graduate who very happily stumbled into a system support position for a hospital laboratory based a great deal on my previous laboratory experience.
My responsibilities will be to lead the implementation of a new laboratory information system, but I am handed a wide variety of other duties including the programming small business solutions. I am happy as a clam to try it, but my experience is still low so it's a lot of trial and error.
Other than that, I'm 41, married, allergic to kids, with a variety of interests including cooking, reading, and juggling.
