Os Development help needed

In seeking information and I'm willing to accept any ones help who has lots of patients for people who struggle with it

I would like to learn how to design my own software and operating system.
I need to know what I need to study and what software is required for this task.

I use a cell phone to access the internet I do own a pc but it Does not have internet

That book includes the MINIX source. Its quite intense though, dealing more with the implementation.

If you want to understandb the theory "Modern Operating Systems" mnay be more appropriate.

Mind you though, writing an OS is no easy task..... you will need a strong computer-science background, and many years of hard work.
