Good Morning:

I'm from Chicago and I ran across this forum while trying to diagnose a computer problem. I spent a number of years at a help desk for an insurance company. I left my job due to a disability and now do volunteer work at a parochial school. I'm currently doing self study for the A+ certification in hopes of starting a part time business. After the A+ I plan on doing the network + and some of the certifications for the MS Office suite of products (I have some previous experience doing training).
