Hi all, just joined the user group. I'm semi retired here by the lake and can't live without a computer. I help a lot of my friends with basic stuff, loading programs, defrag etc. I found this site when I had to fix my own problem of not being able to launch Windows Update, IE wouldn't load half the pages nor print...looked like the thing was crashing. However I found the fix here about resetting the BIT (whatever that is) and it work great.
