dvd burning problems

:cheesy: hi im having problems burning my home movies the software has suddenly decided not to burn the picture just the sound can any one help? please note i am just a typical housewife and mother i dont know too much jargon so if you can make it simple i would much appreciate it

Sorry, but you are asking for help in the wrong forum, this is just the place to say hello - the meet and greet topic if you like.

Try asking over in the relevant Tech Talk forum for your operating system - so head for either Windows or Mac and start from there...
