Windows Explorer Address Bar

I used to be able to see the Windows Explorer Address Bar.
No more.
How do I go about displaying the Windows Explorer Address Bar again?

Open my computer

Tools - Folder options

Make sure that "Display the full path in the adress bar" is CHECKED under the view tab:

then click ok

right click on the toolbar at the top and uncheck "Lock the toolbars" then right click again and choose "adress bar"

Now the toolbars are unlocked you can drag the adress bar by its handle to where you want it.
