I am citizen # 4,576,452,253 in the world of computer ignorance.
I thought I would be crafty and restore factory settings on my computer after being infected with viruses and inundated with pop-up programs. Well, that's all well and good, and as you can tell, I have access to the internet.. but have lost all Microsoft programs. Of course, I cant find the recovery CD that was shipped with my computer...
Can anyone help? I cant afford $49.00 an hour to be on the phone with Microsoft? No wonder their stock is so high!!
