of all of the bug tracking software and reporting tools out there (which this is
not..or is it?) this isnt far off and is much easier to use. I hate trying to
manage crap in Scarab or Remedy.. I still do it but this doesnt mean its right.
Interface wise it would be awesome for DaniWeb bug tracking. You could
charge for a web based tool for company based bug tracking that didn't
involve maintaining a webserver or space, and as the ticket volume goes up..
companies can either purge it or pay to keep it. add or rearrange and
streamline few features and get a juicy privately manageable & subdivideable
mini forum index with a size cap. Flexible, and easy to use. Now that I would
buy. especially if it was partnered with techtalkforums. :!: :?:
I probably missed my mark for my point. But I dont think this would be a
stretch for Dainiweb.
