when i pressed refresh in my control pannel (in your site not in the start menu) it stripped all art and color ect why?

I've been making some changes to the CSS lately. Your web browser may have cached the old version. Refreshing should fix it. You *may* have to clear your browser cache. (Not your cookies, just the cache.)
