Hey guys, just noticed today that Clicking on bbcode tags link in the section below the forum title (in Software Development / Web Development forums)displays a blank page.

Our Software Development forum category encompasses topics related to application programming and software design. When posting programming code, encase it in [code], [code=syntax], where 'syntax' is any language found within our Code Snippets section, or (icode), for inline code, bbcode tags. Also, to keep DaniWeb a student-friendly place to learn, don't expect quick solutions to your homework. We'll help you get started and exchange algorithm ideas, but only if you show that you're willing to put in effort as well.

You are right -- all I get is a big white page (IE8 on Win7)

I think I forgot to recreate the page. Added to my list of things to do.

Not to resurrect a really old thread, but did this ever get taken care of? I had a post today that I had to include some MS Access VBA code in a MSSQL post (See this thread), and I was able to finally figure out how to code a VB6 code tag. It would be great to have a "cheat sheet" of code tags that actually do something...I bounce around between the forums a bit, offering my little bit of help "cross-fuctionally". Since I'm still a bit of a noob here, I am not that familiar with all the flavors of code tag that do good formatting, and the reading and searching I do always leads back to a blank page (or to grousing and grumbling!).
Thanks for any help!

Bugtracking is only as good as the users using it.... :icon_wink:
