NOt able to post reply or send message

Since few days I am not able to post reply or send personal message. This is not happening always, but Happens frequently.

For e.g. following is the thread I am not able to reply from any browser, any computer.

It shows time out.

This is happening since 2 months.

Any body faced this problem.

DaniWeb has server problems occasionally and sometimes I have a problem now and then like you mentioned (maybe only about once or twice in any given week). It might be that you are trying to make a post at the moment their servers go bonkers. But since you were able to post this thread I assume the server was working ok for you at the moment.

I have problems like this also but rarely, sometimes i can't even log in to daniweb, i have to wait for a while before i can log into daniweb. Is your problem something like this, when you click on post reply to thread, your browser automatically refresh itself but your post is not there. That is what my problem is like, when i want to post something, it will lag, nothing happens for a while suddenly my browser refresh itself and when i see my post is not there. I have to retype it and is very long. TO counter this i will always copy my post before replying to it.

I was always able to login. But rest problems I faces regularly in recent times.

Can you totally cannot post or it will take a longer time? Have you try using other internet network and see wheter you are facing the same problem. Could be due to daniweb servers or yourself. Change browser and see whether the problem persists?

I am referring to other internet connections like as in network. Try using other network, maybe he has problem with his. And what browser are you using?

Mine has gone bonkers twice in the last 4 or so months.

I just ignore it and move on.

My most recurring problem is clicking on the UP/DOWN arrows and have nothing happen. Finally after multiple clicks, the box usually opens. But not always.
