Looks like every single thread gets double tweeted immediately by one guy (in software development), see attached sample.

Maybe it is just regulat twitter enthusuast. Just I saw him as only tweeter in many posts. i would call it wrong call, sorry.

Anyone is free to use twittercounter.com (or another similar website) to automatically tweet off of an RSS feed.
