Suggestion for new feature

I would like to see a "Subscribe to Thread" feature added.

There are occasions when I want to be notified if there are new postings to a thread, even when I feel I have nothing to contribute. I (generally) don't like posting unless I can make a contribution to the topic and currently (as far as I know) that is the only way to get email notifications of new posts.

Such a feature already exists; look for a "message like image" next to the feed icon at the top of your post.

It exists already, not sure where is now, she moved it during the last redesign, but should still be about.

See the comment from Sanjay, directly above your posting, which reveals all.

Found it. It's a very tiny envelope icon next to the RSS feed icon.

It'll be more prominent in the new system. :)
