Will there be any rating score of a thread in the future?

What is the Pro or Con of it?

what do you mean by score of a thread? Amount of rep points given in the thread?

If so, i don't think people would like it because if a thread is ranked to low it will be abandoned and no one will answer the OP's question or if it was a popular thread it would be spammed with useless posts. That is just my output...

While you can't rate entire threads, you can rate individual posts of a thread. The rating of the first post of a thread is synonymous with whether or not you think it's a good question.

What about the articles like those Free-lance writers write stuff for Daniweb?

Same as members who provide Code Snippets & Tutorials?

I do feel having a rating for those few things is good. On the scale on 1 to 5.

For example: 1 = Bad and 5 = Excellent.

I think it will help Daniweb Algorithm by members using the Search Textbox on top right hand corner rather than using Google to find an answer with the Google Algorithm.
