Juice Squeeze drinks really all fruit with added carbonated water and vitamins?

Are the Juice Squeeze drinks really just all juice (concentrated) and carbonated water with added vitamins...that's what the ingredients tells me and the rest of the bottle :p but my dad is unconvinced that that's what it is...is this what it really is or is there something more to this drink?
