Re: What is your Favorite Quote?

Hey everyone. It seem's this is the place to post anything we want (within reason) so I thought I would start a thread to find out what your favorite quotes are. I'll start with one of mine (though I have loads more):

People always turn away from the eyes of a stranger. Afraid to know what lies behind the stare.
My mother's favorite quote: "Can't never could do anything!"

Re: What is your Favorite Quote?

This one is really my favorite one: "Loving is like living knowing you are going to die; but not loving because you are afraid to get hurt is like dying even before you die."

I do not really know where I got that quote, all I know is that from the moment that I read it, my heart was captured.

In the Marine corps we said "you can eat the apple, but you can't screw the corps" - it seemed real profound after 12 weeks of 'training'
