Re: Must goverment be the center of our existence?

The change from the mess that Bush and his entourage has gotten this country into is not necessarily Marxism.

Are you trying to make a point when you post stuff like this? Do you really believe it's true? Are quotes like the above and "Osama bin Barak bin Laden ibn Hosseini" intended to add to the discussion or just to get everyone mad? You can't possibly really believe Obama is a Communist or a Muslim.

There are other terms, but for simplicity (much like lumping me in with neocons or such) popular generalizations are sometimes used. And, opinions vary.

Why do you always link to some outlandish blogger? Don't you have a mind of your own?

I thought that the slogan "There is a Marxist in every bush!" (no pun intended) went out with the nutty Senator from Wisconsin 50 years ago.

Re: Must goverment be the center of our existence?

Our government, our society, and our values whatever they are are instilled in us. We are all here co-existing and serving a purpose for us or for others or both. I must admit that Daniweb is pieced together with many intelligent, level headed people from all over the world and it is this energy that will keep propelling Daniweb further. Which is why I am still here. Daniweb is a sort of government with a Queen, Moderators, and Team Colleauges and this thread has brought out the best in us to bring our viewpoints to the table and allow us to exchange and keep exchanging. So if you ask me "Must government be the center of our existence?"? I say yes. My proof is this thread.

that senator was right in principle, though he may have overestimated the actual number of Marxists (or underestimated the number of bushes).

However, that's not the issue.
Both Obama and McCain have extremely strong communist agendas. Restriction of personal freedoms, increased government power over both people and the economy, etc. etc.

Both are enemies of the constitution, though McCain maybe not quite to the degree that Obama is.

Really the only difference between them is that McCain is a Christian and Obama a Muslim pretending to be a Christian.

So, in your opinion all black men are muslems, and all muslems have to be hated because of 9/11 and the AQ. Why don't you admit it -- you are a racist.
