Some of my all-time favourites:
M.A.S.H.
Dukes of Hazzard
Battlestar Galactica

I'd indeed hardly call 1980s and 1990s shows retro ;)

Hello,

What may be amazing is that Dani just celebrated her 22nd Birthday, placing her birthday at Nov 11, 82.

The last person to walk on the moon did so in 1973. Who would think that walking on the moon and exploring another world in the flesh would be a retro thing. So much for hyped technology... here we are with all this tech, and yet have not colonized the moon.

it is indeed sad, and even sadder if you become aware that today we couldn't repeat the journey to the moon NASA completed in the 1960s.
The technology was lost (deliberately for a large part, all the drawings and tools were ordered destroyed for some reason), we couldn't today build another Apollo capsule and Saturn V rocket if we wanted to.
And of course with the current state of NASA even if enough money could be gotten together they'd never get the program off the ground (much like the Soviets failed for political reasons even though having the technology in the 1960s).

Hate to double post, but come on-- The Fresh Prince??? I remember when that show came out back in the 90's. Heck, they show Rosanne on there-- that's nowhere near retro, in my eyes...

I miss the days of GOOD TV in the 80s and before......

I notice how there are many sites where you can view tv programs (But its all crap, nothing good really)

Now if there was a site that showed 80s and earlier shows (Star trek,Cartoons, etc) THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!
