According to Google it is somewhere in IL. Just go to google maps and search "Scottland USA".

Yeah but lots of places in america are named after places here, because we made lots of them

Well, America was discovered by a Spanish fellow and named after an Italian fellow.

However, the Scottish are famous for their Irish dancing.

Also, Scotland is one of the few places on earth the US has not made war against.
