Help with getting a programme written

Hello,

I am looking to see if anbody here might be able to help me with a computer programme which I need to make. The concept behind the programme is fairly simple and I am interested in finding a skilled programmer to discuss things with and get quotes. I live in the UK and would ideally need to discuss things face to face. So, if anyone can point me in the right direction then I'd be very grateful.

Have you tried webmaster market place here at daniweb, there are some very good programmers moving around daniweb they will help you there.
