Hi, im just writing this thread as i feel obligated to share my bad experience of microdirect with you. however i assure you im not just one of those people that complains about everything, i have used microdirect in the past (last year) and they where very good, the quality was exelent and their delivery was very fast, but this year i have recived faulty goods, which i had to pay recrded delivery to send back, and i ordered a batch of products on the 9th of jan, its now the 23rd of jan, but still havent recved them, i was told 1-3 days, iv tryed to contact them but they wont reply to my emails or answer the phone.
so my message is has anyone else had any experience with them, and if your thinking about it, try using another company as i have had contact with several people with simmilar problems as mine.
All in all, i quite dissapointed as a onece exelent company has now turned into a quite awfull one, does any one know why? personaly i think they have got to a too big clientell and not expanded enough.
