T720 help with Alltel

Hello...I have a new T720 cdma phone from alltel and I am trying to figure out how to use the t720 super cd that I purchased online. I have the usb data cable and can get the computer to recognize the phone. After that I am like " DUHHHH". It is just not clicking with me to get anything after that to work. Is there anybody out there that can help me with this? I have been to a couple of sites that it suggests on the cd but I have not been able to get help from them either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
