Tracking part of Image file from a Video file

Hello everybody

I have typical requirement whose discription is as under

I would illustrate this with specific case and example

Let us say I have 10 - 20 different image files of 'Salman Khan' with bmp extension files (and for that purpose any extension). I have a movie of Salman Khan in file format say (avi etc).

Now we would like to find out from the movie files comparing each image file (only face) which places 'Salman Khan' had occurred

Kindly suggest a solution for the requirement, if some readymade solution is available then it is fine or we are also open to pay reasonable amount for the solution in c# with source code for windows and linux.
