Download Videos in Specific Formats

Thought this was kind of cool. You enter in the URL to a YouTube,Google Video,or other service and this website allows you to download the video in a variety of formats.

It's great if you don't want the AVI video from Google Video,for example,but would rather have it in,say,mp4 or flv format.
