Printers are so sensitive nowadays. Printers are mechanical beings that are very susceptible to paper jams, fuser failures and lots more. If the printer user doesn't know, how to solve it. Then the IT crew has to come down and try to fix it. Now if you have a big company, this can be very time-consuming.
