Scalable Web Architecture

Expand Post »
I've been looking for a language that provides an extremely scalable architecture but can't figure out which is best or even if I'm missing some.

I'm looking at CF, Python, and PHP. I know Ruby isn't going to scale enough for what I'm looking into.

Thank you for any suggestions.
