Using VM Ware

I just installed VM Ware on my PC and installed Win Server 2003 as a virtual machine.

Can I make my PC join the domain which i configured on my Win Server 2003 or I have to create another virtual machine on WIN XP??

You should be able to join the domain, but you may have to add a second network adapter to your system so that your desktop is connecting to it through your router/switch. I don't know if it would see a virtual ethernet port without a structured network as a valid interface for a domain.
