Starting a Small Computer Repair Buisness... Software Needed?

i'm thinking about starting a small computer repair business since i do repair certain pc's for people but i was wondering is there good software that i might need in terms of re-installing windows in a computer with out having them buy windows if they lost the original computer recovery disk?????

If they lost their recovery disc then they should either
  • call company to receive a copy of the recovery disc. This can be in some cases free service, or they may be charged for it
  • buy new licence
  • use open source product (*unix)
