Sales Executive - Recruitment Industry (Engineering)
Responsibilities: - Canvassing of new clientele in Telco/Oil & Gas/Manufacturing/Pharmaceutical industries
- Sales and relationship/account management
- Provide HR consultancy to client on HR and recruitment related services
- Responsible for sourcing, interview and selection of personnel for our clients
- Deliver professional and excellent client service
- Maintaining single point of contact for supporting clients
- Pre and Post-hiring follow-up
Requirements :- Diploma/Degree in Engineering related field
- At least 1 to 2 years of sales related experience
- Sales-oriented, aggressive with strong passion to learn and willingness to try out new challenge
- Good communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Highly self-motivated, resourceful and able to meet tight deadlines
- Co-operative team player with ability to multi-task
