Can I ghost a HDD without removing it

is it possible for me to ghost my HDD without opening my pc? - I want to ghost this pc im using but it has so much valuable info on it i dont want to wreck it but i want to ghost it - is it possible to ghost it via usb or lan etc?

Yes, it is possible to ghost it using your LAN. The only thing that you will need to do is create a ghost boot disk with the proper network drivers. Once this is done, you can choose an Image from a network share, or use GhostCast to create/send the image to/from the pc.
