I cannot download a flash player

I cannot download a flash player. I have ad aware and 2 names on this dell computer. On one name I can download it and on the other I cannot. Please tell me what I have to do to download the flash player on my name.

are you using Windows operating system? If yes, your use account needs to have administrative privileges.
