In that case I would suggest going to a well known provider. 1&1,etc
If, however, you are looking for a server to run your own LAMP or something I would suggest building an Opteron based pc which would run about 400$ or 500$ depending on where you shop.
As a conserative techie I would suggest stability over speed so that means sadly no overclocking.
No one has posted to this discussion for at least three months.
