Original C Drive Cannot Boot...........added New C Drive. Non Booting Hard Drive That Is Password Protected Is Now E Drive. (original C drive)

I am unable to Access Password Protected Files On E Drive. But I am able to Access Non Password Protected Files on Drive E

Tried A Program That Only Gave Me Access To The User List Deleted The User With The Password Protected files. But It Only Deleted The C Drive user file. The Same User Is On The E Drive (password protected user file) Need Other Options. Thanks To All Who Respond And I'm New To This Site!!!!!!!!!
