VB.NET to Java

I deal with vb.net, but i want to take a look at java. Whats your advice on things to expect?

Depends. Offhand I'd say it will require 100% rewrite because java doesn't have access to .net framework. But good news -- here is a bridge between the two

Yeah, very much rewrite but am already in. Java is just so full of acronyms and its very annoying but am trying to get on with it

will expect that creating program using java,is not easy without knowing the important parts of making a program using java.
