you must all escuse me, im new at this scene, but i would be very grateful if any out there could give me answers to why i cant acess hotmail account. My ISP is virgin, (personally dont rate but not my choice) anyway just got the new dimesion E520 with loads of mods, lovely bit of kit,but can access every site exept hotmail, which is really doing me no favours!!! please hepl!!!!

Try calling Virgin support and ask them the question, it might be a problem with the DNS server.

many thanks for your help on this matter, i will call ISP! i havent found them to be very helpful in the past but guess ill have to be persistant!
